Short Explanation

Do you know someone who wants to sell their property? Then simply send us the contact details of the owner. Ideally, you should inform the owner in advance that we will be contacting them.

If the contact is not yet registered with us as a seller, you will receive a referral confirmation from us.

If the property is successfully sold and Mayer & Dau Immobilien receives the agreed commission in full, you will receive your referral commission based on our net commission.

What do you need to do to become a referrer?

You know someone who wants to sell their property. You send us the contact details and, ideally, inform the owner that we will be reaching out.
We then check whether the contact is already registered with us. If not, you will receive a referral confirmation.
After the successful sale of the property and once the full commission has been paid to Mayer & Dau Immobilien by the contractual parties, you will receive your referral commission based on our net commission.
